Well, we didn't have a lot of time to stress about reselling the house....it sold again on the first day! We managed to sell for the same price and a closing date 2 days EARLIER! Big thanks to Gene Koeslag and Tina Goldrick for making life so easy for us! If you're looking for a real estate agent in the Cambridge area, look no further than the Gene team. They are incredibly professional and they get the job done fast!!
I'd like to say we're packed and ready to go....but the best I can say is that all of the children have been fed and are in clean clothes and diapers. At the end of the day, if we accomplish more than that, we've done very well. Good thing we have almost a week to move! LOL!
