Wilbina is here!!!

Last Monday night, Wilbina arrived at our house! It was a bit chaotic the first night because Mel & Jason (from the agency) and their daughter stayed for a little bit and then it was quickly time to put Sydney in bed, and then the boys, and we didn't get a chance to talk much. But we had a great week! She is wonderful and the kids love her already....especially Seth! He cries when she leaves the room ;)

We had a big, big, big snow storm today. Wilbina has never experienced snow before, but she is a brave girl and she bundled up with Sydney to go play outside!

We had a visit from Brad, Kath, Nicholas & Jacob last weekend, which was really nice. It's so much fun now that Sydney is old enough to play with Nicholas....they were goofs! And Jacob is so quick since I last saw him...this was the one picture we could catch him in...he's a sneaky fox!

Sydney, giving Ryan some big sister love

Checking out what's new in Cambridge

Sydney and her best buddy Ella! They went to the Toyota kids Christmas party last weekend, where they saw Santa and got to watch a show called 'Cirque Sublime'.

A note about Thank You's:

We have been SO lucky to have such supportive friends, family, coworkers, neighbours and even strangers. The kindness and generousity have been overwhelming. I have had excellent intentions to send nice Thank You cards to as many people as I could remember, I even ordered photo cards with a picture of the boys that I purposely did not post on the blog....and I still have most of these cards sitting in my living room...I don't even know where the time went. For some reason, this has been a serious source of stress for me. So, my new plan was to include these cards with a Christmas card....long story short, the Christmas cards I got do not fit in the same envelope as the Thank You cards...sigh. So, I'm hoping everyone will forgive me if I just give a big group THANKS to everyone for your gifts, your time, your best wishes. They are appreciated immensely! I don't know where we would be if we didn't have such wonderful people in our lives.

So, here is the picture I never posted...They were just 6 weeks at the time, and are sitting in Sydney's mini-recliner. It doesn't even look like them anymore!! haha
